Sometimes we need to be critical of ourselves and think deep about what we believe and what we think we believe in.

When we are face with critical situation and challenge its then we know who we really are and what we really believe. On a face value we think and concluded that yes, I am born into Christian family, my parent do attend church service even twice a week and as a result of the upbringing we concluded that we don’t only believe in Christ but also we believe we are Christian.

Don’t conclude that you know Christ until you have an encounter with His resurrection power! This is the power that raise us up from our dead state to being alive with God.

The power transformed us from earthly being to heavenly being.

Where then do we encounter this power?

Right there in God’s word!

The word of God carries resurrection power.

God to where the word is preach and let the word transform you .

DON’T LIVE BY LOGIC BUT BY THE WORD by Adeyinka Ojo

Sometimes God sound so unreasonable! Why? Because He does not live in the sense world!

God lives in the realm of the spirit and His moves in our lives may not make sense to us. On this note, the only way to access anything that God makes available to us is by believing Him; our believe must lead us to appropriate action.

We cannot say we believe God without taking the corresponding action, even the devil believes and shivers.

Our action justify our believe!

We are really what the bible says we are. If you believe that statement, then you will live in line of the written words.

The word of God is the pattern for our lives, it teaches us how to behave and show us who we really are. Our responsibility is to believe this word, even if it negates our culture and pre-knowledge.

We should believe what it says about our finances, health, family, relationship etc

Therefore, live by the word!

WELCOME TO 2017; A year of new opportunity by Adeyinka Ojo

The year is full of opportunity and grace. Spend each day of it in the Lord. Always “fervent in the spirit” and “be diligent” and be rest assured that the Lord is there with you.

“For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16

This word should be our watchword at the beginning of every new year.
The longer we stay on the earth the more our body glory fade away.

At the beginning of each year our body tends to tell us a message “am fading away”

But as a Christian, our inward man (spirit) is renewed day by day and year by year.

In the beginning of 2016, many of us started well in the spirit, we love the Lord, we made sacrifices and we were so zealous for Him.

But as the year grows, our love for Christ diminished, the love of this world, the care of this world choked our spiritual fervency!

We started believing our circumstances and the news that were going on around us. We lost our focus! We lost our prayer altar, we lost that relationship with Him that keep us going.

Before we know it, its already December! Thank God, rapture didn’t meet us in all this.

Now, it’s the beginning of another year!
Many do not have this opportunity you have now, they died along the line.

If you can remember, you heard news about various death that happen last year even the one you knew but here you are in good health.

To the Lord, this new year is a new opportunity for you to renew your inward man and retrace yourself back to Him.

A new opportunity to live in the spirit and maintain relationship with your savior.

See this year as a special gift from the Lord, and don’t think you get to know it by your smartness.

The year is full of opportunity and grace. Spend each day of it in the Lord. Always “fervent in the spirit” and “be diligent” and be rest assured that the Lord is there with you.

At the end, if the Lord coming tarries, you will shout HALLELUJAH.
Happy New Year!
